Our House Select is a Brazil–Burundi blend, bringing together two distinct coffee identities to create a cup that is both harmoniously balanced and delightfully dynamic. From Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro, you get the rich, indulgent foundation of cacao, dark chocolate, and a hint of orange zest, shaped by an anaerobic natural fermentation that enhances sweetness and depth. From Burundi’s Matongo region, you gain bright, clean, citrus-driven clarity and a refined sweetness made possible by a meticulous double-fermentation washed process. When combined, these coffees complement one another beautifully: the Brazilian component provides body, warmth, and smooth chocolate richness, while the Burundian adds lift, crisp acidity, and a sparkling, fruit-forward brightness. The result is a thoughtfully balanced blend—comforting yet lively, sweet yet refreshing, with layers that evolve from citrus and delicate sweetness into deeper chocolate tones for a rounded, engaging finish.
