Shipping policy

STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Order by 1:00PM for same day dispatch. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. — Friday orders will be received Monday (UK) & ALL weekend orders will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday Delivery (UK).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS UNDER £60 - Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 Business Days)

Wholesale Order Processing & Dispatch Times:

• Weekend/Monday Orders:

  • Orders placed between Thursday after 12PM and Monday before 12PM will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

  • Orders placed on Monday after 12PM and Thursday before 12PM will be dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday.

Important Notes:

• Please ensure orders are placed before the applicable cut-off time for timely processing.

• If you require delivery for a specific day, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

• Dispatch dates may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen delays. We will notify you if any changes occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If you opted to pay for special delivery or a courier service you will receive confirmation of your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES
Chucky's Speciality is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked for parcels up to 2kg in total weight (including packaging). Delivery timescales vary greatly and can not be guaranteed by PLOT Roasting. Prices vary across different regions and will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Chucky's Speciality is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
